This Sunday, we come to the concluding section of Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount. Here Jesus speaks in very clear and sobering terms about entering the Kingdom of heaven. What we need to realize is that the Christian life must be always be lived decisively. To be a disciple of Jesus does not involve a one-time decision. Rather, it requires us to make a major decision followed by a life of choices to continually hear and to follow Christ. Our sermon this week is entitled Decide and Discern.
