Living the Christian life is a struggle. There is never a neutral moment. The call of Christ is to deny ourselves, to take up our cross daily and to follow Him. Left to ourselves, we easily grow weary and lose heart. This Sunday, we will begin a study of the Book of Hebrews. The author clearly calls Christians to the task of collective  ncouragement to run the race to the finish line. Encourage, encourage, encourage! We need it from one another daily. We can find it here in God’s Word. As we begin this study, we will take an overview of this great letter and see that despite the perils that have always faced Christians, we have a solid hope for preserving today and for all eternity.
